Return Policy
If the customer wants to return the product within 72 hours of receipt because it is not suitable and the product was not disassembled, he will bear all the shipping and delivery costs, amounting to 34 SAR (the cost of going back and forth), and the amount will be refunded after ensuring that it has arrived in good condition.
-In the event of a manufacturing defect, the amount will not be refunded until the product is recovered, inspected, and verified as safe, and accordingly, the money will be returned or replaced.
-If the customer ordered the order and did not receive it, the customer will bear all shipping and delivery costs, amounting to 17 SAR.
